How to remove the front and rear bumper AUDI A3 II


-under the hood, Unscrew the three bolts that secure the grille and bumper to the top bar (the bumper is removed with the bumper).
-along the entire length at the bottom of the bumper, unscrew the screws securing the engine protection to the bumper (it is not necessary to remove the protection).
-Unscrew the wheels left or right, depending on which side of the bumper will be unscrewed first.
-Unscrew three screws on each side (usually poses an asterisk) that attach the fender liner to the bumper.

-take the fender liner to the side and Unscrew the bolts that attach the bumper to the wing.
-pulls the bumper over.
-remove the temperature sensor (in the lower grille on the driver's side).
-now disconnect the connectors from the fog lights (if any).
- if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses from the nozzles and close them with stoppers so that no liquid flows out of the reservoir.

Rear bumper




-under the trim in the trunk, Unscrew the nuts and remove the rear lights.
-under the lights, Unscrew the bolts that secure the bumper to the body.
-if there is parking sensors, you need to disconnect the common connector.
-at the bottom of the bumper, Unscrew the bolts (if any).
-Unscrew the screws connecting the bumper with the fender liner (in order not to remove the wheels, you can use a ratchet with the desired nozzle).


-move the fender liner to the side and Unscrew the bolts that attach the bumper to the wings.
- Pull the bumper over.
