The Ru&Eu versions are intended for use in regions with moderate climates and high-quality fuel with an octane rating (RON) of at least 95. The Me&UA versions are intended for use in regions with hot climates and lower-quality fuel with an RON of 92-95.
Please note: VAG itself recommends fuel with an octane rating of at least 95 for most engines on the list, and in some cases, 98. Using low-quality fuel on TFSI engines can lead to rapid failure, with a very high probability, even with stock fuel! Be careful!
