Description: The Toyota MR2 is a two-seater sports car produced by Toyota Motor Corporation from 1984 to July 2007. The car has a mid-engine layout, that is, the engine is located behind the driver and passenger, but in front of the rear axle. A simple but successful suspension and perfect weight distribution made this car very stable in corners and endowed it with excellent handling.
Add. Information: The second generation was produced in 1990 - 1995 for the European market, in 1989 - 1997 for the Japanese market, 1990 - 1999 for the American market. Equipped with engines 3S-GE (2000 cm³, 165 hp, atmospheric) and 3S-GTE (2000 cm³, 225 hp, turbo). After 1993, a slight restyling of the model was carried out and the power of the engines was increased: 3S-GE up to 180 hp. and 3S-GTE up to 245 hp The second generation MR-2 was produced in two body styles: coupe and targa ("T-bar roof" version)
